If you really are as smart as you say you are, you would be able to work through "Self Therapy for the Stutterer" and take the suggestions for learning more fluent speech instead of constantly yelling "Help!" It has and can be done. You can help yourself if you don't have the money to go to a speech therapist. There are online videos of therapists working with stutterers at www.stutteringhelp.org. Take the time to explore the information there instead of wasting time on here. Then, maybe you can become a speech therapist and help others! That is a much better future than a constant complainer.
